📅 Key Points:
- Advertising approval validity is one year, with the possibility of extension or renewal up to five years while retaining the same license number (consumer-directed advertising).
- For influencer advertising, SFDA must be notified at least 12 hours prior to publication, and a contract and valid Mawthooq license must be provided.
- The stated processing timeline is 15 working days, and the fee is SAR 14,000 per registered product per advertising format.
